Classical Hatha Yoga (*)
You work with the body, move to the breath, move to the mind, then to the inner self. There is no division as such; yoga employs all aspects of who you are.
Core Yoga **

Restorative Yoga (*)
In truth, restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. This type of yoga uses chairs and props and is gentle enough for anyone, including those who have never practiced yoga, suffer from illnesses such as cancer. It helps reduce anxiety, increase energy and support physical and emotional well-being.
Vinyasa Flow **
An hour long synchronized yoga class that combines breath and movement in a smooth flow based style. This class blends poses and stretching to increase flexibility and strength. Gentle stretches, sun salutations, and pose sequences are to be expected with a focus on core strength. A general understanding of basic poses is beneficial but not required. Get ready to push yourself to test your body and mind.
Gently Chair Yoga *
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. It is a unique style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. Poses are done seated or the chair is used for support during standing and balancing postures. The chair allows for greater stability to help you feel supported and safe. Emphasis will be on breathing, balance, and taking things at your own pace. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. Beginners are welcome!
Gentle Yoga (*)
The aim of this class is compassionate self-awareness, gentle stretching, and relaxation. This class includes slow warm-ups to soothe the body, basic postures to release muscular tension, simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system, and time for rest and integration. This class is appropriate for beginners, people with injuries, and individuals needing rest.

Yin Yang Yoga *
This yoga class harnesses the best of the yin and yang energies. It begins by drawing on the third chakra qualities of power, and fire; the yang energy. As you harness your power you’ll be guided to integrate and store it in your mind and body. The restorative part of the class calls on yin energy which is quiet, tranquil, and reflective. You will leave invigorated and refreshed. A great class for busy minds. If you’re looking for balance in your energy, and peace in your heart, this class is for you.
